We aim to maintain a strictly women only environment. When indoors, hijab is not required as our spaces are private. For outdoor activities such like hiking, hijab should be observed.
Our sessions run weekly for two weeks, followed by a one week break. Any changes will be announced in advance.

Our sessions have a small fee ranging from £2 onwards, just so we can afford to keep our project going and give sisters the privacy they need.
